Shipping and Collection

R.J. Field Woodworking uses Royal Mail to deliver items. We endeavour to provide speedy delivery; however, R.J. Field Woodworking does not accept responsibility for any delays in receipt of items caused by Royal Mail (ie. strike action etc). 

Order Waiting Times

We endeavour to complete all orders in two working days. 'Working day' means Monday to Saturday, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, and 2nd January. Orders received before 12:00pm will start being made on the same day, orders received after 12:00pm will be made on the following working day (ie. orders recieved after 12:00pm on Saturday will be started on the following Monday). 

Returns & Refunds

R.J. Field Woodworking accepts returns of all items within 14 days of purchase, where the items are returned in the condition in which they were sold. In such an event, R.J. Field Woodworking agrees to refund the Customer not more than the full value of the item. Any items bearing damages inconsistent with regular wear & tear, or any items returned after the 14 day returning period, are not eligible for any refunds. Please note that shipping costs are not included in this refunds Policy.
